Chris was able to take a very stressful and difficult situation that we were experiencing with our previous lender and turn it into a smooth and simple transaction. We closed a month sooner than our previous lender was going to be able to.

Very responsive and honest
Chris was very attentive throughout my first home buying process. We were ready to close my loan 3 weeks ahead of schedule and with closing costs that were less than originally quoted.
During the offer period, we had issues with our lender being accepted. We had 3 hours to find a new lender and get approved or they threatened to give the house to someone else. Our agent, Alaina Dorland, recommended Chris. That Saturday morning he got us approved and on our way to our new home. Chris was thoughtful and helpful along the way. He even got us to closing 7 days early!
Chris Hauber and everyone at Hallmark Home Mortgage are excellent at what they do. They are professional, organized, and easy to work with. I bought my house with them the first time and then refinanced again with Chris and his team. I have referred my friends and family to Chris Hauber and his team because of the level of service I receive every time is top notch.
Chris was knowledgable, communicative and trustworthy. Throughout the whole process I didn't have to worry if we would close on time or if I would spend more than I anticipated. It was just as Chris said. I will definitely use Chris and Hallmark in the future.
