The requests and communication with the underwriters was frustrating, but Chris made it as easy as it possibly could have been- nothing against Chris on this one, just a frustration with the overall process. Some requests/ clarifications are to be expected, but sometimes they already had the information available to them and they made me spell it out for them a second time.
