Chris came recommended to me from a friend. We were able to do all of the paperwork for pre-approval and the entire loan application process either online or by phone, at times that were convenient for me. He also recommended a buyer's agent and they worked together behind the scenes to make sure everything was completed thoroughly and on-time so that there were no surprises or complications at closing, and everything was done well before it was needed so there were no rushes or emergencies at the end.
