Chris got us our loan for our first home and was fantastic to work with. He was honest, professional, and easy to talk to. Everything worked out just as he explained it would with no surprises or delays. Really happy we chose and Hallmark Home Mortgage. Even the selling agent thanked us for choosing Chris and said he was the best he had ever worked with.
The entire home buying process can be very long and tiresome. With Chris and his team it was extremely easy, this made everything go smooth. I would recommend Chris to absolutely anyone! He was fun to work with and knowledgeable about all the different ways you can set up loans. It was by FAR the most positive experience I have ever had working with a bank of any kind!
Chris and the team at Hallmark made our home buying experience easy and stress free with their take on document scanning and Chris's appropriate timing of phone call made me able to take care of item without having to lose time or days from work! had my loan rapped up in a couple short weeks with little confusion and a lot of understanding of what to expect thought out the buying process. Chris was great from start to finish, we have bought homes prior and I think he was the best lender we have ever used. Chris was recommended to us by our realtor Denise Durfee and we will for sure use Chris again if the need arises. He kept us informed every step of the way we never felt alone in the process and to boot he promised he could close in three weeks and he did.
