I've used Chris for a mortgage and now a refinance. He and his team did a great job advising, and keeping us on schedule. Would use Chris again, and again.
Working with Chris was Amazing! He was very dedicated to making sure we understand every step of the mortgage process, and very transparent about the costs. The program he used was also very helpful and user friendly. We were able to easily go over multiple different options to find the plan that is right for us and made us feel very comfortable. Chris is knowledgeable, and is always happy to explain any questions I have about rates and interest. He is just a really good person to work with when it comes to a refinance or mortgage. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Chris and it went just like the all the other. Perfectly, no hidden costs. He is great because he never pressures you. I took a month or more, after we first talked, before i decided to do my refinance and he never rushed me while I thought about it.
Chris was very easy to work with. He was very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The tool he used to compare different loan options was a huge help in deciding which option to go with. Both the loan process and closing went very smoothly!
Chris and everyone working with hm we’re efficient, prompt and helpful. We had to change closing dates a number of times which required changes and updates and they were alway quick to make changes. A great job from everyone.

Zenith were so quick to accommodate our constantly changing outlook, it was like we were their only client. We ended up putting in 6 offers, some were refused, some deals fell apart at inspection, but every time Zenith were ready and waiting with the paperwork. When we finally were able to lock in a deal, Chris and his team met a seemingly impossible 2 week closing. This among the chaos of interest rates changing, which Chris patiently explained to my wife and I at every step of the way.
