Chris does a great job of streamlining all of the paperwork, signatures, approvals, etc. early on so there was very little to worry about during the close process. We’ve utilized Chris for two home purchases now and they went very smoothly.
Chris and his team were awesome! From the first introduction to the personal interest in home buying experience, everything was great. I appreciate the face to face interactions and the different options that were presented to achieve our goals. Even when circumstances changed, Chris provided adjusted options to help further. Chris was always there to answer any questions with great follow-up. Also, for him to come to the closing to help with any unforeseen changes was very reassuring.

Chris did a great job at being on top of his communication. For what I do for work that is very important so my wife and I appreciated that a lot. Especially because buying a home is such a big deal. He was always easy to reach and was quick to respond to questions. He was also very knowledgeable and made the process easy which was a huge plus!
