Chris was always very quick to respond to any question I had. The mortgagecoach program he set me up with made it really easy to compare all of my options. If I requested it be adjusted at all, I was able to see the changes instantly.

Chris answered all my questions timely and thoroughly and held two appointments in his office with me to consider all aspects of the financing transaction. I found the portal very easy to use to upload documents, making the entire Hallmark experience efficient and pleasant.
I was absolutely satisfied with Chris . From the 1st meet to the closing date he was very supportive and attentive to our needs, questions and concerns. Being a 1st time homebuyer we had our nerves all over the place but Chris put us at ease. He made it clear he would be there for us and definitely delivered. He made our experience as smooth as it could've gone. Absolutely loved working with Chris. If and when the time comes to selling and buying again there is no doubt that we'll choose Chris.
