Chris and his team did a great job working with my husband and I to purchase our first home. Good advise and quick clear service
Overall experience was great
Chris kept on top of our loan application and made sure, along with Brittany, that we had all needed documents sent in on time.
I didn't like the fact that the loan will be sold right away - and I didn't find that out until I was committed to it. Also, it was kind of confusing to have 3 people who were communicating with me on the loan.
Chris is friendly, competent, and fun!
Chris worked with us to make sure we got the best interest rate possible and a monthly payment that fit our budget.
There were a lot of different people to contact if needed which was nice. The approval process was smooth and easy. My only issue was around all the last minute paperwork that was needed. I felt really great about everything until the last week when all of the sudden there were lots of random documents needed that could slow things down if I was not able to gather them that day.
