Chris Planto is the only lender we trust wholeheartedly. Our buyer went under contract with another lender who had told us 3 days before closing that the buyer is not going to qualify for the loan, thus missing her opportunity to receive her earnest money back. Chris took over the loan and despite several issues with appraisal and underwriting was able to get us to closing. Now our buyer will only use Chris in the future! I couldn't agree more :)
