Chris has been working with us for at least 3-4 years. We have tried to purchase at a minimum 25 or more homes in this crazy market. Chris was always within 5 minutes of responding with any changes or revisions. We finally closed on a home on 3/17/23. We were told by the title company and our agent that Chris and his company was the easiest, efficien and most pleasant to deal with. They are both making future arrangements to use Cross country.
