I love my Dr, Sandra McNeil, but I am over Christian family! I have had been prescribed medications 4 separate times & each one needed prior authorization. I have one in process, but all 3 times it was denied on my insurance cause they are answering questions incorrectly that are not fit to my chart. It’s simple, read the chart. Answer questions correctly so I can get my medication! I give them 0 stars cause I am FED UP with fighting with the dr and nurses to file my prior authorizations CORRECTLY .
