**★☆☆☆☆** I wanted to like this practice, but after multiple experiences, I can no longer recommend it. My biggest concern was that I was misdiagnosed, which delayed me from getting the care I actually needed. Everyone makes mistakes, but what turned a bad experience into a terrible one was the complete lack of administrative support afterward. Getting in touch with anyone is incredibly frustrating. I love my Dr, Sandra McNeil, but I am over Christian family! I have had been prescribed medications 4 separate times & each one needed prior authorization. I have one in process, but all 3 times it was denied on my insurance cause they are answering questions incorrectly that are not fit to my chart. It’s simple, read the chart. Answer questions correctly so I can get my medication! I give them 0 stars cause I am FED UP with fighting with the dr and nurses to file my prior authorizations CORRECTLY .
