My provider spent time and actually listened to my concerns and wasn’t acting like she was trying to rush out of the room, like some experiences I’ve had other places. She took time to explain the course for treatment and answered questions I had.

I am already seeing an orthopedic MD and was unable to get an appointment with him until Thursday. I was in so much pain that PT couldn’t treat me yesterday. My PCP is at this location, but it was her day off. I needed pain control without having to take narcotics. The NP I say treated my pain with a Toradol injection and a muscle relaxer and within 1 hours I was able to function again.
