I went to get my allergy shot today and was told that I have to pay my copay 1st , and then get seen by a doctor and check my vitals , before I get my shot and wait after the shot, I am very unhappy about all this , Because I am already paying for the allergy shots anyway and now this

The service is good . There is not enough communication and the front desk does not listen to the patient, this needs more improvement
