Sales experience was largely positive. Install seemed ok but within the first 6 months some boards began separating and now are . Optically the boards appear to be warped at many board intersections. The company owner visited and confirmed the problem and offered to replace with a different product but has stopped returning calls emails and texts. I again tried his service dept to at least repair the issues if not replace and he also has not returned call nor scheduled. I will upload pics soon Jonathan Sacks CEO Pharmadva

We recently installed new carpet through Christian Flooring. The experience we had with them is terrible. The installation hasn't been completed, the next day the installer suppose show up time has passed , but there is no call , no show. We try to reach to the installer, he didn't answer the call, we were not able to leave a VM either. We reached out to the sales person Tim in Webster store, he was not only not stand by customer , try to wear our shoes, but also made all kinds of wild imagination for the situation!!! Changed our flooring choice to a less expensive one after part of order was installed in another room. We were told it would be less expensive. After work was completed they charged us a very high rate , “restocking fee” . I will never use this company again. Big fan of 95.1 radio. Can’t stand commercial for that company , always must turn off!
a year ago I went to Henrietta Christian and Flooring, paid $3,700 for my kitchen floor, and the titles are pealing off, very bad quality and very expensive. I went to Spencerport Christian and Flooring because Henrietta closed and they said that I have to pay to replace the titles.
