I called you last week to discuss a problem we had with your wood laminate floor install (#2) in our downstairs bath here on Creekside Dr in Farmington. The original flooring you installed had rotted out due to a faulty toilet about two years ago, and one of your servicemen drilled in a new flange into the cast iron drain pipe which was beginning to rust. Dissapointed in my Calming Assurance Mohawk carpet. I cannot use my Dyson. Salesperson Rob S. Should have explain this carpet better.

From the time our carpet was installed it took a FULL THREE MONTHS to resolve the issues we had. And we still have problems. They had no problem taking our our $3,100. But, their follow up to the many problems we encountered wasn’t as fast. Almost immediately we had seams open up in the master bedroom and a nasty seam in the hallway. Don’t be rude sarcastic, un-CHRISTIAN. The name of your store is an oxymoron just like the staff. DONT GO THERE. They talk in there funeral talk voices to make you think you can trust them. Nothing is further from the or the name of the storry
