We are not from the Santa Barbara area, so we relied on friends to find a good mortgage broker for us. And did we ever get lucky! Christian and his team were amazing. They found a great rate for us and Christian was always available to answer questions, take care of any issues and explain what the next steps were. It was such a positive process that within a couple of months, Christian helped us refinance another property. He is the easiest mortgage broker I have ever worked with.

We really appreciated Christian Menard’s timeliness, knowledge, and experience in working with him for our first home purchase with a VA loan. Christian was extremely helpful and responsive to my many mortgage questions. His patience and knowledge were a definite asset. I loved the fact that I could get Christian on the phone right away or got quick replies to my texts. Christian was such a huge help for my wife and I in the purchase of our home. We had a 28 escrow that started on a Friday so that left us 25 days to get the loan funded. With Christian's unending assistance and knowledge we were able to do it. I would be lying if I said it wasn't stressful at times, but having Christian with his positive attitude shepherding us through the process we made it through! We will definitely refer our friends and family to Christian.
