We are not from the Santa Barbara area, so we relied on friends to find a good mortgage broker for us. And did we ever get lucky! Christian and his team were amazing. They found a great rate for us and Christian was always available to answer questions, take care of any issues and explain what the next steps were. It was such a positive process that within a couple of months, Christian helped us refinance another property. He is the easiest mortgage broker I have ever worked with.

We really appreciated Christian Menard’s timeliness, knowledge, and experience in working with him for our first home purchase with a VA loan.
