Christina made everything seem so smooth and easy. They were very open with communication and if they ever needed anything they were clear and detailed on what was needed from us. They were also open and available if we had questions or wanted updates. We had tried to refinance with our former company and it was so complicated and confusing and we were lost. Christina made this so easy we didn't have to think twice!

This was a long process as I had some credit work to do, needed to get my income up a bit. Long story short, the team was extremely patient with me, answering my questions and offering advice the whole way. This was my first experience going through this process. Remote and online transactions are very convenient, but as a rule, I would rather do this type of transaction in person, face to face. But...considering our current, national and global situation, and the distance from me to your offices, this whole process was super convenient and went so smoothly...I was surprised.
