Christina and her team obviously take customer service seriously, and it shows. They were proactive with providing weekly updates on the process, and in providing all sorts of other information along the way. All my emails were answered the same day, often within minutes. I felt like Christina and her team knew who I was, and what I needed to have done by them at all times.
