I had went to a different Mortgage company before going to Christine and that was a huge mistake, it was not a pleasant experience. Christine on the hand is AWESOME and very PROFESSIONAL. Everything ran smoothly and she was in constant communication with me. That was a huge thing for me since I am a first time home buyer and did not know what to expect. We were a little behind schedule due to some miscommunication between my realtor and I. Christine took care of EVERYTHING and got us back on track. She put in the extra time even after hours to complete my closing on time and reassured I'd be in my home by the date listed on my paperwork. Christine, Gave us hope. We had seen a different lender who was pushing us to settle for conventional loan and make a quick decision in purchasing home because homes were going quickly. A realtor suggested to try Christine. She encouraged everything will work out. She belived in us. Her efforts got us the VA loan. Christine made it very simple for us. We did everything by computer which was a great help for us. She also cleared up some issues with a previous mortgage that we had paid off but the bank had neglected to file the proper paperwork. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a easy refinance. Best we have been a part of.

She fought for my house like we were buying a million dollar home. She's amazing and I recommend her HIGHLY. She understood my needs, and made me feel cared for and taken care of. She's flexible and intelligent, and wonderful. She made this old lady that knows nothing about technology a first time home owner, and I can't thank her enough.
