Christine was amazing throughout the entire process. This is the second mortgage she has helped me obtain and in fact without her call, I would not have known I could refinance and get a much better interest rate. She comes HIGHLY recommended!!!

Christine was beyond helpful! She was caring and a "bulldog" in helping us with some very unique problems. She was on top of every "problem" that popped up. I would recommend Christine to every person from pristine credit to not so pristine credit.

Being a property virgin, and from out of state to boot, I found Christine extremely helpful. She was very responsive to my many questions and calmed my nerves! I'm a retired city planner and have heard many horror stories over the years from citizens regarding house purchases. I feel that my experience was very smooth, with few hiccups, especially considering that I was in California for the majority of the time. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Couldn't be more happier I Tried different loan officers and its seems like they didn't know what they were talking about. Anyways friend of mine told me about Christine and after very first meeting i knew i found the right person and i was confident she knew her work and she is really good about it. It is proven fact that she is good what she do. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family. Thumbs up !!!

Ms. Turpen is tops in her field. We had become frustrated over the last couple of years with failed attempts to refinance at a better rate. Three different "online" mortgage providers. Endless back and forth paper work and documents. Multiple $400 upfront fees to appraise our homes value that had 50% + equity.
