I went with another lender prior to contacting Christine Wilson. They were a nightmare. They oversold and under delivered and we ended up losing the home. So, we found another home and was referred to The Mortgage Firm. Everyone at The Mortgage Firm was professional and kind. They were all up front and honest about everything. They kept in constant contact with me and my broker. We closed without any delays. The process was very easy! I would highly recommend them!

As a first time home buyer I wasn't really sure what I was doing but Chris made a point to call me to explain the processes and what was going on throughout the purchase that really helped me understand what I was doing as well as give me a little more insight into how the process of homebuying actually works. Her team was responsive to phone calls and emails and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. All around great experience!
