The mortgage application and approval process was great, simply because the staff is no less than awesome. I experienced extremely prompt responses to emails and phone calls, thorough explanations to their requests for information and to any questions or concerns I had. The high level customer experience was also present in the 3rd party appraisal company, and closing agent they chose to complete the process. Although this was not my 1st mortgage, it was by far the most pleasant experience.
