The level of professionalism and communication was exceptional. The binder provided at closing was helpful and organized with all the needed documents. It is something I can keep for easy accessibility going forward. I would recommend that anyone buying a home do a lot of research up front, and ask as many questions as needed in order to feel comfortable about getting into a mortgage. It's a big commitment.
