The level of professionalism and communication was exceptional. The binder provided at closing was helpful and organized with all the needed documents. It is something I can keep for easy accessibility going forward. I would recommend that anyone buying a home do a lot of research up front, and ask as many questions as needed in order to feel comfortable about getting into a mortgage. It's a big commitment. Christine's team is there to assist.

My transaction had many challenges involved, Probate, and an un-incorporated property where the road is resident maintained. The loan product had requirements because of the nature of the property that Mortgage Firm worked through with fantastic efficiency. For me, buying a home was an exciting and stressful process. However, Chris Wilson and her team were an incredible allied. They were knowledgeable and explained all procedures.
