It's the Fairmont, and it really lives up to expectations. If you can swing it, do it. Especially the Gold option, pretty fantastic.

Beautiful landscaping, excellent staff with superior quality service. Great for families with young children or people who love to play golf. I choose this place because of location and the spa. Unfortunately I was with my 16year old daughter who was not allowed to use the spa, so that was disappointing. No spa for us. We thought we were going to get massages and facials, but the fine print on the spa is no teens allowed! She was also not allowed to use the gym. Not a resort that is friendly to teenagers.

It was raining and there were flooded areas or deep water off of stairs. There should be an effort to clear once rain passed and or place signage. Also room service incredibly expensive and when it came (over an hour) it was cold. My colleague had the same experience.
