Highly recommend I was impressed by the level of service and how beautiful the hotel was. I will definitely be returning. The staff went above and beyond during one of the busiest times. The only criticism is that the manager at the restaurant (can’t recall the name) was a bit rude when he asked us to leave due to a private party. He could have been more polite. Other than that one incident, every person who worked there was lovely!

We loved our stay at the fairmont! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The lobby dogs were a highlight. The rooms were cozy and luxurious. The food at la Hacienda and Toro was superb. The only thing that would make the experience even better would be a shuttle to take you to local places (shopping and dining) my husband had work nearby and had to uber only 1.5 miles away. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Beautiful landscaping, excellent staff with superior quality service. Great for families with young children or people who love to play golf. I choose this place because of location and the spa. Unfortunately I was with my 16year old daughter who was not allowed to use the spa, so that was disappointing. No spa for us. We thought we were going to get massages and facials, but the fine print on the spa is no teens allowed! She was also not allowed to use the gym. Not a resort that is friendly to teenagers.
