One of my absolute favorite hotels. Bedding and linens are exceptional. Nightly turn down service and housekeeping are top notch. I have been returning here for over 21 years and have never been disappointed once.

Amazing Staff and Experience Everyone at the Fairmont is so helpful and kind. We stayed for New Years Eve and from the valet, bell desk, reception, room service and restaurant staff, everyone we encountered made our stay so enjoyable. The property is always amazing to see during Christmas but also extra special for New Years with fireworks and dj party. This may be our new annual tradition!

This was an annual holiday family vacation we take every year. This property never fails to disappoint. We always stay for the Christmas at the Princess event and in the casitas, now the Privado Suites. Staff is always fantastic. Rooms are very nice, clean and functional. Looking forward to future visits.
