All staff were professional and friendly, very responsive. We stayed at the Fairmont Gold section this year and what a difference it made! I highly recommend that is you love complimentary delicious breakfasts and afternoon hors d’ourevres. Gorge was simply so nice and helpful! My daughter loves the Splash area water slides and the ‘beach’ pool too. For me the highlight was the 5-star wellness spa. Checkout disappointing All good until the end when we requested to checkout 1hr later than 11:00 am. The front desk personnel responded “Not under any circumstances”. Since I had to take a call I needed privacy. I managed to take the call earlier and housekeeping attempted to enter the room at 1030 and would not stop banging on the door. This was prior to the 1100 checkout time. Everything else was fine but the events described above were disappointing.

Just a beautiful desert setting. Grounds are amazing. Rooms are awesome. Service is top notch. I mean, yes, it’s a little more expensive perhaps, but you will be delighted.
