service was non existent. There wasnt any communication on project delays. the shower tiles are uneven, grout is thick and thin and tile cuts are jagged and misaligned.
DO NOT WORK with this company. Paid full price for flooring and labor in February this year. Came out to lay the floor. Oops didn’t measure right or something so they didn’t have enough. Now Covid delay for about a month. Came back to finish the job. Oops didn’t order enough again. Had to wait for more again. 3rd time out to the house, floor doesn’t match. They sent a couple of idiots over to do our ceramic tile and backsplash. It was a nightmare! They used to wrong stuff and scratched up the backsplash and it had to be done again. Tore out drywall and all. On my floor the grout was coming out the day after they payed it and that was never fixed. I do not recommend them at all!
Wont use again, product was good, everything else was a hassle. My time ment nothing to them a 1 day job had me out of work waiting on them 4 different times. Any complaint was quickly dismissed. Transition strip used doesnt match flooring after starting I didnt like it I was told "I'm sorry ma'am "... I could have had a beautiful floor, now it looks tacky
Hired this company to sand and refinish 700 sq ft of oak hardwood floor. The floors were sanded out nicely, but on the clear coat application they baseboard and walls were splashed with clear coat, along with windows being left open during a rainstorm. Not very professional like in my opinion. For $3.61 a square foot to sand and clearcoat I would not recommend them to anyone.
