The help and communication about the odds and ends of the mortgage process that I didn’t understand. Chris was always a phone call away, and would stay in communication through out the process of loan approval. Phenomenal work!
Communication was excellent, we were never left with any unanswered question, replies were prompt we appreciate that.
We had an excellent experience from start to close. He communicated daily with updates and he stayed up to date with all changes that were done. Made sure we understand the contract and rates involved. Broke down all steps that we don't understand. Just outstanding experience and I would recommend him to anyone.
