I know he did his best to help us, and he was great. But, there were points of lack of communication and misinformation. We were advised to do one thing to to move forward, and in the end, that's where the lack of communication fell causing multiple misunderstandings. Overall experience was fair, and we appreciate is effort from day one.

I know he tried his best but I wish there was better communication. For first timers like us theres a lot of things we dont know from the get go and feel like there’s a lot of misunderstandings. He did great and tried his best . But the experience overall is just not as pleasant.
