Our Home Builder offered mortgage financing, which originally we were going to use. However, Christopher Urban worked tirelessly along with his entire team at The Mortgage Firm. They were able to beat the deal offered by the Builder and actually saved us almost $900.00 a month on mortgage payments. I know that sounds unbelievable, but it is totally true. Additionally, they were able to allow us to close 7 days earlier than the builder. I would give them my highest recommendation possible.
