Chris was phenomenal from the beginning. He contacted me immediately to start the process. We had most of our documents submitted to him before we even had the signed purchase contract. He would often call me after hours to follow up on matters and it seemed like we spoke or emailed practically every day. His response time to phone calls or emails was immediate. I have worked with lenders for 20 years and Chris was the most efficient and effective I've seen. I absolutely recommend Chris.
