Communication was lacking. Paperwork was missing that was submitted. The experience with KB Mortgage was horrible. Very disappointed with the communication throughout the last month of the process. Christian Velazquez left midway through the process and all of my documents were lost. Approval occurred at the 11th hour, and I did not find out my cash to close until a few hours before closing. The experience was a nightmare.

Flood insurance communication was poor. Progreasive knew about the flood insurance in the beginning of July because I received nitifications from them during that month. Chris and his team told me they were unsure of the flood zone and there was much back and forth and the closing date got pushed back 14 days due to their lack of communication.
