Better attention to details like a persons name being spelled wrong which screwed up settlement in a large way and Kelly made A payment using the KB app for an appraisal fee and they have no record of it and it was done electronically through their app Settlement as a result was very stressful instead of being smooth sailing

More towards closing. Even though the expectation of closing is set initially. Let the client know a week before the expected closing date what to expect for closing week. We ourselves felt rushed on what needed to be done a day before the expected closing only for the closing date to be changed twice.
