chuck , always did his job with absolute professionalism from day one , not one time did i get some generic answer that a politician would give when dodging answers like he was in the world dodge ball championship, and Bill Clinton was his partner saying it depends on what your definition of "IS" is. Chuck all ways gave me the Truth and when i wanted answers that i couldn't handle he gave them to me any ways, which kept my ego from writing checks my body couldn't cash.
