Chuck is honest and skilled in his work. He was knowledgeable about our options to refinance our mortgage. He is personable and was proactive in reaching out to us via phone and E-mail often, asking if we had any concerns, or was just willing to listen to what was going on in our lives. As we neared closing we asked Chuck to see what he could do with helping our youngest daughter get a loan for a townhouse purchase she is making. Chuck did the research and offered helpful advice.
