Chuck is the man with the plan. He helped me with a straight forward plan to bump up my credit score to be eligible for the FHA loan. When I got it high enough, we went to work as a team. Chuck and his team were available at all reasonable hours of the day to help with anything I needed. We found a house and closed in 1 MONTH. These guys are the real deal.
