Chuck was very very easy to work with and kept us informed through the entire process which was difficult and cumbersome because of all the demands from the underwriter (Ryan). I know that Chuck had to work behind the scenes in many cases and we appreciated his tremendous efforts. I am sure this home purchase would not have happened without his expertise, help and networking with others involved (Real agent who also was just suberp and the closing Lawyer who really made things easy for us).
