Chuck was very very easy to work with and kept us informed through the entire process which was difficult and cumbersome because of all the demands from the underwriter (Ryan). I know that Chuck had to work behind the scenes in many cases and we appreciated his tremendous efforts. This is the lender to go with. Superior customer service and an unbelievable interest rate and that was far better than other lenders. Chuck's response time was always immediate, and he has a way of answering questions before you even need to ask them. He made the process of buying a home easier than I ever imagined.
