I did a lot of searching for a reputable lender and based on other reviews I went with Embrace Home Loans and Chuck. I got everything locked and ready to go same day. It was new construction and with rates going up they were able to offer me a 6 month lock from April 2022. From origination to closing they were always communicative and we closed on time. I would work with them again next time I refinance or purchase another home.
