Overall it was a pretty good experience. it was hard to get ahold of somebody at times. People are busy and working with multiple clients, so it makes sense, but I did not always get a call back and sometimes had to try a couple times to get ahold of someone. Overall though, the team went to bat when I needed something and Susan especially made sure that we were able to get our deal closed early with short notice.
