We are first time homebuyers and Tammy answered all our questions and explained everything throughout the entire loan process. She's a great communicator and her level of responsiveness is exactly what we needed when we found ourselves bidding on a house other buyers were also bidding on. We highly reccomend Tammy Cullen and Churchill Mortgage!
