Communication could have been better. We didn't hear from Bridget very often. I thought a regular verbal update would have been nice. I did reach out to her and she answered. She was very nice on the phone and seemed very knowledgeable. Bridget did some great work at navigating through our unique situation. Our closing was very messy, though. I don't believe it was Bridget's fault.
