Katy and her team were lifesavers! I started with another mortgage company and even after knowing my whole story, they were horrible with communication and timeliness. When they finally got back to me it was with devastating news and they offered no help to make the situation better. Katy was opposite in EVERY way! Teresa was amazing, however, I started out with patrick.juul@churchillmortgage.com who was awful. He never called or texted me back. I had to call the main office for several weeks just to get him to kind of reach out to me. He promised multiple times to call me back and never did. It took about 4 weeks for the main office who sent me over to Teresa and it was a great experience after that.
