Honestly Evan is a huge reason everything was so great, this was my first time buying a house and he spent so much time with me on the phone explaining what I need to do and how all of this works, he really gave me the confidence I needed and facilitated so much of the process, even getting me pre-approval letters late at night so we could get offers in.
