Faster turn around and better communication. We had multiple missed calls by Patrick even though we scheduled the time in advance. Had a few unanswered emails until I started messaging the whole team. Process took double or triple as long as an average home refinance. In the end I was just happy we got the process finished. I did like Patrick’s advice when I got him on the phone but the frustration came from trying to get a response at first. By the end I was getting responses though.
