The process of easily uploading the necessary loan documents and electronic signatures for required approvals/acknowledgements made for an extremely smooth process. Add that to having a terrific team that provided outstanding communication and touch points throughout the loan process makes for a great combination. We were approved and ready to close in 20 days when other lenders told us 45 days was their standard. Only negative was requiring an escrow even with more than 20% down.
