The overall timing of the entire process was too long. I understand there was an overflow of refinances to process but almost 80 days is excessive. We had several friends (and family) start their process, through other companies, after we did and they all closed before us. I will say Christina and Maggie were wonderful to work with. I truly appreciated their timely responses and professionalism through the entire process.
