Aaron was always prompt in keeping us updated on our loan process, something I would expect would not happen at a regular financial institution. Churchill's docusign process is a lot harder than others we have used and really made it difficult for me to do in a timely manner. One thing I would cast a negative opinion about is dealing with PHH mortgage services. They are hard to get in touch with and their website was difficult to get registered in and navigate.
