Communication. On several occasions, we discovered additional documentation was required, and everything was on a very short fuse. I do appreciate that our buyer's agent had set the closing date without realizing the manual underwriting would take longer, but a more comprehensive list of required documents with a timeline would dramatically reduce stress. Other than that, the team was great. They were helpful with explaining what was needed and with supporting the short fuse.
